The History of Centro Cristiano Hosanna
Then
Centro Cristiano Hosanna a “non-denomination organization” founded in the year 2002 in the garage of my house in San Angelo, Texas. It was started as a cell group through First Assembly of God. We began with only one person, after a year due to the rapid growth from the garage of our house we moved to the address of 1442 Edmund Blvd. that is the church of my pastor David Henry of First Assembly of God. There we assembled with about a hundred people to celebrate a feast to the Lord. Two years we assembled at First Assembly making disciples and forming leadership. During that time God opened the doors for some land of seven acres in the heart of the city, a place chosen by God. To God be the glory, we were able to build our church Centro Cristiano Hosanna with a capacity for 1,500 people to sit comfortably.
Now
We are in a process of building our “Family Center/Educational Center” this will allow us to prepare our children and youth to be able to proclaim the word of God unto all the nations. At the same time this ministry sustains children in orphanages in Israel. This and much more is part of the work of Pastor Juan Rivera. The equipped ministerial and the congregation growth is in actuality and with many projects for the future just as the apartments for senior citizens, radio station, and a gym/multi-purpose center for the youth.
